These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of saivapriest.com and the priestly services offered by Sri Kumar Naganathan Gurukkal (“the Gurukkal”). By using this website or requesting a ceremony, you agree to these Terms.
Requests, availability and confirmation
Booking on this website is handled through Cal.com. Choosing an available time creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. The ceremony is confirmed only when Sri Kumar Gurukkal reviews the pooja plan and timing and Cal.com sends you a final confirmation — that final Cal.com confirmation is the authoritative record of your appointment.
Calendar availability shown in Cal.com reflects open time only; it is not Muhurtham approval. Any preliminary Panchāṅgam guidance on this site is informational, and Gurukkal personally confirms the auspicious timing.
Rescheduling and cancellation follow the policy shown in Cal.com at the time of booking. Venue, temple and fire-safety permissions remain the family’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed with Gurukkal. Ceremonies are performed with sincerity according to tradition; no particular spiritual or material outcome is guaranteed.
The services
The Gurukkal performs Hindu ceremonies — weddings, homams, poojas, samskaras and related rites — according to the Vedas, Āgamas and your family’s customs. Ceremonies are subject to availability and to the selection of an auspicious time (muhurtham).
Dates and muhurtham
Dates and timings are guided by the Panchāṅgam and the participants’ birth stars, and may be adjusted for an auspicious muhurtham. Confirmation works as described under Requests, availability and confirmation above: a request is an enquiry until Sri Kumar Gurukkal has reviewed the pooja plan and timing and you have received the confirmation.
Materials (samagri) and offerings
The samagri (materials) lists shown on this website are typical, representative lists. The exact items, along with any offering (dakshina) and arrangements, are confirmed directly with the Gurukkal and may vary by tradition, region and occasion.
Spiritual, astrological and Vastu guidance — disclaimer
Astrology, muhurtham, Vastu and related spiritual guidance are offered in good faith as part of religious tradition and personal faith, for spiritual and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other qualified advice, and no particular outcome or result is promised or guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

The text, images, emblem and other original content on this website belong to the Gurukkal (or are used with permission) and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission. Factual reference material — festival and observance dates, temple offering names and historical terminology — is compiled from the sources cited on the relevant pages and is not claimed as original to this site.
